We deliver cash in 24 hours, with minimum bureaucracy and swift customer service.

We are recruiting for Branch Coordinators based in Kabarnet & Eldoret.

Job Summary
To create and nurture a vibrant and productive sales team and coordinate all the sales & marketing activities in the Branch.

Description of Core Duties
Detailed description of the main tasks performed by the job holder
•Ensuring Sales reps retention.
•Ensure that there is growth in the number of actual reps.
•Ensure that there is growth in the number of active reps.
•Ensure continuous and thorough training of sales reps and the Teamleaders through E-learning and working with the Training Manager.
•Motivation, mentoring and ensuring high energy levels of the teams in the branch.
•Sales and recruitment target achievement.
•Sourcing for new business in the branch.
•Ensure 95% collection rates in conjunction with report from Sales Reps Portfolio Performance from the Sales Analyst.
•Ensure that Loan rejection rate in the branch is below 10% on a monthly basis.
•Timely submission of reports that is sales, tent, cycle plan & Market penetration report and branch status reports.
•Maintaining Branch inventory/assets according to the existing lists.
•Oversee office operation and administrative functions to ensure compliance.
•Master and ensure the use of Market force, E learning and Mambu in the branch.
•People management regarding HR issues in the branch via reports.
•Oversee the implementation of quality management system QMS in the branch.
Education, including specialised training
At least a diploma in Business administration or sales and marketing.

At least 2 years’ experience in Sales Leadership in a financial institution.
